About the role

  • In-specie Transfer Administrator overseeing asset transfers at HUB24. Ensuring compliance and delivering service excellence in financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the transfer of shares (domestic and international), managed funds, and other assets, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and resolving enquiries throughout the transfer process
  • Coordinate asset movements between investment platforms and superannuation products
  • Manage case tickets and client communications, delivering service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory obligations, maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Compliance, IT) and external partners (Dealer Groups, Advisers, Service Providers)

Requirements

  • Experience with inspecie or asset transfers
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, products, and platforms
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Understanding of Australian securities, managed funds, and settlement risks
  • High attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively within a high-performing team
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are highly regarded
