Responsibilities

  • Document, structure, and optimize company processes to build a scalable knowledge base
  • Analyze current (“as-is”) workflows and redesign improved (“to-be”) processes
  • Lead and support automation initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
  • Plan and initiate process improvement and change management projects
  • Research, test, and implement emerging tools and technologies (AI, CRMs, automation platforms)
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure process clarity, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Translate operational gaps into actionable, efficient solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of process documentation, project management, and workflow structuring
  • Familiarity with frameworks like RACI matrices and process mapping methodologies
  • Experience or strong interest in automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven platforms
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for efficiency and optimization
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
