Responsibilities
Document, structure, and optimize company processes to build a scalable knowledge base
Analyze current (“as-is”) workflows and redesign improved (“to-be”) processes
Lead and support automation initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
Plan and initiate process improvement and change management projects
Research, test, and implement emerging tools and technologies (AI, CRMs, automation platforms)
Collaborate across teams to ensure process clarity, adoption, and continuous improvement
Translate operational gaps into actionable, efficient solutions
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong understanding of process documentation, project management, and workflow structuring
Familiarity with frameworks like RACI matrices and process mapping methodologies
Experience or strong interest in automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven platforms
Analytical mindset with a passion for efficiency and optimization
Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating cross-functionally
