About the role

  • Sales Manager for Digital Solutions at ITB Consulting, working with B2B clients and implementing effective sales strategies. Engaging with both inbound and outbound channels to drive customer acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Further development of the sales division for a B2B SaaS product
  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of customer relationships
  • Development and implementation of effective sales strategies
  • Close collaboration with the marketing and product teams as well as consultants

Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with customers via inbound and outbound channels
  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in SaaS and/or the HR sector
  • Interest in digital products and modern software systems
  • Degree in psychology, social sciences or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Experience using LinkedIn for sales is a plus
  • Reliability, commitment and drive
  • Very good German and English skills
