System Manager developing ISCC PLUS certifications and improving the quality of traceability and chain of custody standards. Collaborating with stakeholders and providing technical expertise in the field.
Responsibilities
You will provide technical expertise to further develop ISCC PLUS scheme and its implementation, in the strong focus topic on traceability and chain of custody
You will develop and revise ISCC PLUS System Documents and other relevant documents
You will develop training curriculum and materials, and conduct trainings to all ISCC PLUS users (Certification Bodies, auditors, System Users, and other stakeholders)
You will provide technical support for all users (and potential users) for their understanding and implementing of ISCC PLUS certification requirements in a timely and professional manner
You will follow up with regulatory developments & ISO standards related to traceability and chain of custody
You will carry out benchmarking as well as develop and manage pilot projects
You will represent ISCC at external events (e.g. conferences, stakeholder meetings)
Requirements
University degree in bioenergy, chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental sciences, mechanical engineering, material science
At least 2 years of professional experience after graduation, preferably related to: circular economy, bio economy, auditing, certification systems or similar
Proven professional experience in project management
Excellent research and writing skills
Excellent language skills in English (at least C1), additional language skills will be of advantage
High degree of initiative and independent working style
Willingness to contribute to the continuous process improvement within the company
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
