Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories; communicates goals to the team, tracks store’s performance at all times and achieves sales.
Holds the management team accountable for personal productivity and management contribution.
Develops clienteling strategy; implements and monitors over time, to achieve business goals and objectives in partnership with the Store Manager.
Resolves customer issues in a timely manner while being solution-oriented and forward thinking; partners with the Store Manager and/or District Manager as needed.
Builds trusting relationships with peers and team; acts as advocate for the Brand.
Welcomes feedback and adapts behaviors; creating short and long-term goals to achieve personal metrics and store performance.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable
Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience using retail systems (i.e. labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.)
Ability to execute at a fast pace
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds to process product shipment/transfers
Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays high retail traffic and sales days (including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.)
