About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service using our C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, team members and the community.
  • Lead the store team to achieve and exceed performance metrics.
  • Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines.
  • Contribute to creating a positive team working environment.
  • Learn and assist across various store departments.
  • Support team members in the day-to-day execution of retail operations.
  • Adhere to Crocs, Inc.'s asset protection policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of total retail experience, with preference given to candidates who have previously held store leadership positions.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a willingness to challenge, empower and drive team results.
  • Proven communication skills in the local language and in English (written and verbal).
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
  • A genuine passion for retail and sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various Point of Sale (POS) systems.
