Assistant Sales Manager driving industrial sales growth across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. Engaging in distributor management and key account handling while fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive sales targets and business growth across the assigned regions.
Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Identify new business opportunities with OEMs, industrial clients, and institutional buyers.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with business goals.
Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors for industrial products.
Monitor distributor performance, ensure order fulfilment, credit management, and inventory planning.
Conduct regular training and engagement activities for channel partners.
Directly handle strategic accounts and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client needs, offer suitable solutions, and ensure post-sales support and satisfaction.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, commercial terms, and contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Provide actionable insights to the management for new product planning or pricing strategies.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
MBA will be an added advantage.
5~7 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales, preferably in Gujarat and MP.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel frequently across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
