About the role

  • Field Director leading National Account Managers for IQVIA's clients in Managed Markets. Responsible for strategic initiatives and client relations in healthcare and biotech sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and suggestions to the NAMs regarding Client expectations
  • Participate as part of the RADS management team in client meetings
  • Ensure that the Project Leads & NAMs are presenting the clients product to their assigned accounts
  • Analyze and prepare NAM and Client Lead performance evaluations
  • Assist Client Leads in ensuring the company is meeting client’s expectations and goals
  • Assist with Business Development as needed, most often as a subject matter expert

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in Managed Care/Market access in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Biotech
  • Ability to communicate with both the Client and NAMs
  • Ability to assist in the development of managed care strategies
  • Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in launching new product(s)
  • Proven leadership skills and strong business acumen.
