Responsibilities
Provide direction and suggestions to the NAMs regarding Client expectations
Participate as part of the RADS management team in client meetings
Ensure that the Project Leads & NAMs are presenting the clients product to their assigned accounts
Analyze and prepare NAM and Client Lead performance evaluations
Assist Client Leads in ensuring the company is meeting client’s expectations and goals
Assist with Business Development as needed, most often as a subject matter expert
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in Managed Care/Market access in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Biotech
Ability to communicate with both the Client and NAMs
Ability to assist in the development of managed care strategies
Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience in launching new product(s)
Proven leadership skills and strong business acumen.
