About the role

  • Corporate Communications Manager handling corporate communication for Steag Iqony Group. Leading content creation and strategy implementation in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • You are part of the Corporate Communications and Marketing division and communicate across all channels for the entire Steag Iqony Group.
  • Develop, manage and implement communication strategies and measures
  • Holistic evaluation of topics from a communications and marketing perspective
  • Independently plan, create and coordinate content and formats for our internal and external channels
  • Responsible for communication and marketing in corporate-wide projects; act as a sparring partner on all communication-related matters
  • Coordinate and closely liaise with all relevant departments and subsidiaries
  • Continuous optimization and implementation of new digital tools
  • Management of external service providers
  • Monitoring, analysis and reporting of communication activities
  • Crisis and change communication (preventive and reactive)

Requirements

  • University degree in communications, economics, or a related field
  • More than five years of experience in communications and marketing, ideally in the energy sector
  • Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking and a hands-on mentality
  • Proven ability to present complex technical content clearly and tailored to target audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written command of German
  • Team player: you enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Independent, structured work style and enthusiasm for cross-team collaboration
  • Project management and organization: you bring a structured and responsible way of working with proximity to and understanding of district heating operations
  • Affinity for sustainability issues, climate protection and municipal energy supply
