Responsibilities

  • Spearhead high-impact, multi-country projects
  • Interact closely with payers and senior stakeholders
  • Deliver strategic recommendations
  • Manage expectations through continuous communication with clients and teams
  • Engage in business development and novel market access strategies

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA) or a BA/BS/MS degree with experience in market access/ healthcare strategy consulting or the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare systems and pricing & reimbursement processes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight and immovable deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced degree or significant experience in market access or healthcare strategy.
  • Strong familiarity with global healthcare systems and reimbursement processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills combined with proven research methodology expertise.
