Responsibilities
Prestar apoio aos negócios de varejo, buscando a melhoria da performance através da implantação e execução do modelo e estratégia de varejo;
Executar as boas práticas dos produtos e alavancas de Marketing;
Apoiar as áreas internas no dia-a-dia, sendo canal para esclarecimento de dúvidas e atingimento de objetivos inerentes ao negócio;
Acompanhar a performance de vendas (Sell Out);
Analisar o painel de performance para criação de planos de ação com objetivo de alavancar a performance e rentabilidade do negócio;
Ser embaixador e principal multiplicador do Plano de Execução nos PDV’s;
Atuar como focal point regional para suporte dos produtos de marketing, promovendo a conexão entre marketing e rede;
Engajar as promoções nacionais e orientar os pdv's quanto à positivação dos materiais, abordagem e execução das ações;
Acompanhar e apoiar atividades promovidas Marketing que possam acontecer regionalmente.
Requirements
Experiência na área comercial com atendimento a carteiras de clientes;
Graduação completa em Administração, Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
Carteira de habilitação (categoria B);
Habilidades em negociação e execução de estratégias no ponto de venda;
Conhecimento de Excel e PPT;
Disponibilidade para viagens;
Diferencial: MBA.
