Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and evolving the corporate benefits package;
  • Analyze performance indicators, control costs, manage vendors, and drive continuous improvement;
  • Propose solutions aligned with business needs and support health, well-being, and communications initiatives to enhance the employee experience and the company's competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on health and well-being;
  • Experience managing corporate benefits and health and wellness programs;
  • Knowledge of benefits-related legislation and market best practices;
  • Experience with data analysis and KPIs (Power BI desirable);
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented.
