About the role
- ERP Consultant supporting customers during the implementation of Dynamics 365 in various exciting projects. Collaborating with internal teams and providing training to key users while enhancing industry solutions based on Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
- You advise and support our customers during the Dynamics 365 implementation process in varied and exciting projects.
- Conduct requirements analyses, client consultations, workshops and presentations
- Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development department
- Train key users in their business processes
- Develop appropriate solution concepts for customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365
- Extend our industry solutions based on Dynamics 365
- Provide support to our existing customers after the successful introduction of Dynamics 365
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ERP consulting
- Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing, trade & logistics, or finance
- Ability to understand business contexts and map them in the ERP system
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Customer orientation, personal responsibility, and team spirit
- Ability to implement solutions and assert oneself
- Very good German and English language skills
