About the role

• Senior Project Manager leading planning and execution of successful product launches at invoX. Defining project scopes and driving stakeholder alignments in a strategic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring successful product launches aligned with inVox’s strategic objectives.
• Define project scope and governance, develop and manage detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Proactively monitor progress, manage risks and issues, drive stakeholder alignment, and foster strong internal and external relationships.
• Champion continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Accountable for Team performance and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Solid relevant experience in an operational and/or scientific area within the industry (highly desirable). Technical background preferred, or experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Demonstrated mastery of PM processes and tools through proven experience in a PM function
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, APM or equivalent) or formal PM education highly advantageous.
• Experience in management of drug device combination projects
• Experience with commercialization or pharmaceutical/FMCG launch projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and commercialization lifecycles.
