About the role

  • Purchasing Coordinator in the Kameha Grand Bonn organizing logistics and managing supply chain operations. Collaborating with teams to ensure efficient inventory and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Organization and coordination of goods receipt and distribution
  • Prepare cost calculations and place orders in consultation with central purchasing and the relevant departments
  • Proper goods receipt and efficient storage according to HACCP guidelines
  • Picking and internal distribution of goods throughout the property
  • Ensure orderliness and cleanliness in the area of responsibility
  • Optimization of storage and warehouse structures
  • Onboarding and training of apprentices/trainees
  • Collaborate with central purchasing on managing and maintaining the inventory management system, conducting stocktakes, and preparing reports

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hospitality, gastronomy, and/or logistics
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable position
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High service and quality awareness
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • Independent, professional, and business-oriented working style
  • A hands-on mentality, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a good sense of humor
