About the role

• Senior Investment Advisor in Life Sciences Team consulting foreign Biopharma companies to drive investment in Lithuania. Focus on strategic sales direction and investor relationship management for economic growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Biopharma stream by shaping its strategic sales direction and driving foreign direct investment into Lithuania.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, craft Lithuania’s value proposition and present it to leading global biopharma companies.
• Build and maintain strong investor relationships by providing consultation and end-to-end support throughout the entire investment journey (from the first proactive outreach to final deal negotiations).
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities that strengthen Lithuania’s international positioning.
• Represent Lithuania globally by actively participating in key industry events and showcasing the country’s Life Sciences ecosystem.
• Contribute to the growth of Lithuania’s Life Sciences ecosystem through close collaboration with partners and by initiating activities that enhance sector competitiveness.

Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences, Business administration, Economics, or related field.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Life Sciences related sector or at least 3 years of experience with Life Sciences sales.
• Passion for working with cutting-edge international companies and a strong interest in global Life Sciences trends and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and IT literacy skills.
• Strong project and risk management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives and ensure smooth, timely delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian.
• Strong interpersonal, intercultural communication, and presentation skills.
