About the role

  • Investment Funding Solutions Manager advising international companies on financing options in Lithuania. Map funding sources and guide through public funding instruments for investment projects.

Responsibilities

  • Advise international companies on financing options, including debt and equity financing for their investment projects in Lithuania, helping them understand the landscape of VCs, private equity, commercial banking, and public funding instruments.
  • Map, monitor and evaluate potential funding sources based on each company’s business model, sector, maturity stage, and project needs.
  • Act as a connector for companies, facilitating their introductions to relevant venture capital and private equity funds, accelerators, commercial banks, and government support agencies and institutions.
  • Guide international companies through Lithuania’s public funding instruments, including grants, R&D incentives, loans & guarantees, and other investment support schemes, ensuring they understand eligibility criteria and application processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Invest Lithuania’s business consulting teams (Tech, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, GBS) to integrate financing insights into broader Lithuania’s value proposition.
  • Provide companies high level guidance on EU funding opportunities relevant to businesses in Lithuania.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders—VCs, banks, government agencies, and financial advisors—to ensure uptodate knowledge of available instruments and funds.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in finance, consulting, strategy, corporate development or related fields.
  • At least 3 years experience in investor‑facing or deal‑driven roles such as investor relations, fundraising, financial advisory, VC, or private equity.
  • Higher education — preferably in management, finance, law, or economics.
  • Strong understanding of funding instruments, including equity, debt, and public support schemes.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance for investors and to design a tailored package of available financial instruments for the investment project.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian.
  • Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to building new processes in a developing service area.
  • Natural interest in corporate activities and everything investment-related.
