About the role
- Solution Engineer developing and implementing AI-based applications to optimize business processes for Zurich. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering scalable solutions in a modern work environment.
Responsibilities
- You develop and implement AI-powered sales applications that optimize business processes and support data-driven decision-making
- You design and build AI-based SaaS solutions, intelligent web portals and automation tools, including REST API design and integration into existing system landscapes such as Microsoft Azure or the Power Platform
- You create prototypes and transition them into scalable, production-ready applications
- You act as a technical expert, bridging AI innovation and business requirements — including providing technical advisory support to the sales team
- You ensure the quality, scalability and reliable operation of AI systems through documentation, monitoring and MLOps best practices
Requirements
- Analytical thinking, a structured working style and strong communication skills
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a comparable technical discipline
- Excellent Python skills and experience with ML/GenAI frameworks and REST API development
- Practical experience in developing and deploying Machine Learning and GenAI solutions to production
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), databases and, ideally, experience with containers and MLOps
