Responsibilities
- Design solution approaches for adopting our payments platform;
- Support customers from onboarding to production;
- Lead solution discussions during pre-sales and customer onboarding
- Translate customer needs into technical solution approaches;
- Provide solution and technical guidance to sales and support teams;
- Document reusable solution patterns and best practices;
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solution engineering, implementation, integrations, or similar.
- Ability to learn complex products and explain them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of solution-related topics.
- Strong problem-solving and structuring skills.
