About the role

  • Own and evolve Inventi’s product messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Produce compelling content across formats: blog posts, website copy, sales decks, one-pagers, email campaigns, social media, and more.
  • Enable the sales team with relevant and up-to-date sales materials.
  • Support founders in amplifying founder-led brand narratives via social and media channels.
  • Develop Inventi’s corporate communication strategy and oversee its implementation.
  • Track performance across campaigns, channels, and initiatives.
  • Report on key KPIs and use insights to refine strategies in real-time.
  • Partner with our PPC agency to manage and optimize paid campaigns.
  • Own and optimize the website to convert traffic into qualified leads.
  • Implement SEO and CRO best practices to improve lead quality and volume.
  • Collaborate with outreach agency to drive cold outbound campaigns.
  • Align messaging and targeting across outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in key fintech industry events.
  • Organize and execute private events to build relationships with target clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading or owning marketing for a B2B solutions provider or SaaS business.
  • Fintech or financial sector experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and support revenue growth.
  • Strong individual contributor comfortable operating with autonomy.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented & hands-on, pragmatic approach to execution.
  • High proficiency in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Notion AI) to increase creative output.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills & data-informed mindset.
  • Familiar with working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
