About the role
- D365 Solution Architect focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and Field Service Management in industrial engineering sector. Engaging in solution design while ensuring business requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central interface in a comprehensive Build & Rollout project
- Ensure business requirements are translated into technical solutions
- Create and take ownership of the solution design (FS/TS, APPLD)
- Act as a link between business requirements and technical implementation
- Ensure close alignment and coordination with adjacent teams
- Prepare and conduct workshops with various stakeholders
- Ensure technical integrity within the Microsoft Dynamics environment
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in an enterprise environment
- Deep expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics / D365
- Proven project experience in Field Service Management (FSM)
- Experience in the industrial or mechanical engineering sector is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Southern Germany (approx. 2 days on-site every 3 weeks)
- Fluent English (required); fluent German (preferred)
