About the role

  • Customer Service Representative managing national and international customer inquiries for Intertek in Bremen. Supporting sales teams and operational departments with customer communication and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handling national and international customer inquiries (written and by phone)
  • Preparing quotations
  • Managing the customer service inbox
  • Supporting the sales team and operational departments in customer communications
  • Sending customer mailings and measuring customer satisfaction
  • Processing international inquiries
  • General office duties

Requirements

  • Completed training as a foreign language correspondent or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Very good German skills (at least B2)
  • Very good English skills (at least B2)
  • Additional language skills such as French, Italian, Spanish or Chinese are an advantage (at least B1)
  • Confident appearance and ability to work in a team
  • Reliable, independent working style
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Enjoy working with customers and have a good understanding of processes
  • Commitment and initiative
