- Erfassung von Angeboten und Aufträgen für Intercompany-Vorgänge in SAP
- Identifizierung von Ersatzteilen anhand von Ersatzteillisten und technischen Unterlagen
- Organisation und Koordination internationaler Lieferungen und Abholungen
- Erstellung von Proforma-Rechnungen für Exportsendungen
- Erstellung von Gutschriften und Rechnungen
- Bearbeitung von Ersatzteilreklamationen
- Retourenmanagement inklusive entsprechenden Gutschriften
- Technische Ausarbeitung und Preisermittlung für Ersatzteile
- Unterstützung von proaktiven Verkaufsaktivitäten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischen Grundkenntnissen
- Erfahrung in der internationalen Auftragsabwicklung
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Exportabwicklung
- Berufserfahrung und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einem CRM/Ticketsystem wünschenswert
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP S/4
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Außerordentliche Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache (Wort und Schrift)
