About the role

  • Operations Coordinator ensuring seamless site operations and logistics at IHMS. Responsible for coordinating medical transfers, managing urgent admissions, and overseeing staff and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating medical transfers and specialist referrals
  • Managing urgent admissions, medical updates, and appointments
  • Booking travel and appointments
  • Overseeing staff rosters and credentialing
  • Preparing and uploading documentation and reports
  • Organising and minuting meetings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an operations coordination role, administration, and/or call centre environment
  • Strong and accurate verbal and written English language skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and computerized medical records
  • Working rights in Australia
