About the role

  • AI Orchestration Architect at Intent HQ designing and optimizing AI systems integrating agents and workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable human-AI interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain AI agent networks, including roles, capabilities, scopes, and handoff logic.
  • Define how prompts, tools, agents, and humans interact within end-to-end systems.
  • Ensure agents are aligned with business goals and operate within clear boundaries.
  • Implement modular, reusable agent components across workflows.
  • Define interaction rules between agents (communication patterns, delegation logic, escalation paths).
  • Establish guardrails, validation steps, and safety mechanisms for agent-to-agent and agent-to-human interactions.
  • Maintain clear documentation of protocols, decision logic, and system diagrams.
  • Promote responsible AI use, including bias mitigation and safe output practices.
  • Build and maintain centralised prompt and agent libraries.
  • Develop versioning, testing, and evaluation frameworks for prompts and agents.
  • Monitor real-time agent behaviour, workflows, and cross-agent dependencies.
  • Detect emergent behaviours—both beneficial and risky—and intervene when systems deviate from expectations.
  • Analyze logs, metrics, and outputs to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Partner with product, data, engineering, and operations teams to deeply understand context and intent.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years working with LLMs, AI systems, workflow automation, software engineering, applied ML, or prompt engineering.
  • Experience designing AI workflows, agent systems, or orchestration logic.
  • Background in UX writing, technical writing, linguistics, scripting, or systems design is a plus.
  • Exposure to multi-agent systems or orchestration platforms preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of LLM behaviour, prompt engineering, and instruction design.
  • Familiarity with agent architectures, multi-agent systems, and orchestration concepts.
  • Ability to analyse logs, metrics, and anomalous system behaviour.
  • Familiarity with APIs, workflow tools, and system integration concepts.
