Responsibilities
The ERP Functional Analyst is responsible for the functional business configuration and updates to the assigned ERP module including any bolt-on applications.
Responsible for functional troubleshooting and updating ERP modules and related applications.
Collaborate with the INTEGRIS Health ITS Department, end-users, and stakeholders, as well as contracted 3rd party ERP application vendors.
Requirements
Five years of experience working in an Oracle ERP functional support role
1 or more years of experience working with the Oracle Cloud
Experience creating Oracle Cloud OTBI reports
Working knowledge of key business processes and standard work.

Availability to work after-hours as needed.
Additional PREFERRED Experience: Act as a key functional analyst for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, providing end-to-end support for Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Supply Chain (PO, INV, OM, Procurement) modules.
Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Participate in upgrades, patches, regression testing, and new module implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Perform end-to-end functional configuration and testing of ERP modules, supporting new implementations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Leverage advanced technical skills to design, build, and maintain custom and ad hoc reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher, ensuring accurate data representation and alignment with business reporting requirements.
Develop and manage FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates, facilitating bulk data uploads for master and transactional data, and ensuring data integrity through pre-load validations.
Utilize Template Loader for customizing and uploading document templates (invoices, POs, etc.) in BI Publisher and aligning them with business branding and compliance standards.
Create detailed functional specifications and training materials; lead user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Manage service orders and contracts ensuring compliance with scope and costs. Collaborate in project transitions and coordinate with teams for effective service delivery and billing.
