About the role

  • ADAS Technician & Analyst performing calibration and analysis at CollisionRight repair center. Combining technical calibration responsibilities with analytical duties to ensure vehicle safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform static and dynamic calibrations in accordance with OEM procedures.
  • Use scan tools and calibration systems to restore ADAS components post-collision.
  • Maintain proper documentation of completed calibrations and work performed.
  • Conduct pre- and post-scans to support proper repair workflows.
  • Perform module programming as required to complete repairs and restore system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot diagnostic fault codes and address failed calibrations to determine root cause and next steps.
  • Analyze vehicle system scan data to determine required calibrations.
  • Review collision damage and repair estimates to confirm ADAS impact.
  • Research OEM procedures using approved service information tools.
  • Communicate ADAS needs to shop estimators, technicians, and leadership.
  • Ensure documentation, scan reports, and calibration records are uploaded and tracked accurately.
  • Work onsite daily at an assigned CollisionRight repair center.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with shop staff while reporting directly to 360Align leadership.
  • Support scheduling and prioritization of calibrations to ensure timely repair delivery.
  • Collaborate with centralized ADAS analysts, technicians, and managers for ongoing support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics, collision repair, or ADAS calibrations.
  • Working knowledge of ADAS components and calibration procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret scan data and collision repair estimates.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with OEM service software and scan tools preferred.
  • I-CAR, ASE, or manufacturer certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work independently onsite while collaborating remotely with the broader ADAS team.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean MVR.
  • Ability to work 8+ hours in a shop environment and use computers/mobile devices efficiently.
