Responsibilities
Provide coaching and professional human resources advice to specific business groups
Participate in management committees of designated groups
Conduct analyses and recommend strategies and potential solutions to human resources management problems
Lead and/or participate in strategic national projects
Collaborate with managers on succession planning
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes
Requirements
University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management or a combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or generalist in human resources in a non-unionized environment
CHRP and/or CHRL designation
Strong planning and project management skills
Bilingualism (French and English) in both oral and written communication
No Canadian work experience required, however must be eligible to work in Canada
