About the role

  • Senior Human Resources Consultant focusing on HR management in the claims sector. Engaging teams and providing coaching for an inclusive corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and professional human resources advice to specific business groups
  • Participate in management committees of designated groups
  • Conduct analyses and recommend strategies and potential solutions to human resources management problems
  • Lead and/or participate in strategic national projects
  • Collaborate with managers on succession planning
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes

Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management or a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or generalist in human resources in a non-unionized environment
  • CHRP and/or CHRL designation
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English) in both oral and written communication
  • No Canadian work experience required, however must be eligible to work in Canada
