Responsibilities
Reporting to the Creative and Brand Team Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen IFC brands in the Canadian, U.S., and U.K. markets.
Translate strategic direction into compelling designs across digital platforms such as social media, mobile apps, and motion/animation.
Collaborate with marketing teams and ensure projects align with brand guidelines.
Work with the production lead to meet required delivery timelines.
Contribute creative ideas and campaign brainstorming.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to financial services and digital media.
Support the development of design systems and templates for scalable content creation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in branding and design.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications and design, or a related field.
Experience overseeing visual elements across multiple channels, both digital and offline, ensuring effective brand application across all tactics.
Expertise using design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create high-quality digital content and visual assets for web applications and social media.
Recognized experience in video editing and motion/animation.
Ability to manage multiple design projects and produce high-quality digital assets.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, highly collaborative, enjoys problem-solving and building consensus.
Bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
