Responsibilities
Establish strong relationships with HR partners to understand their business needs, collaborate, and support projects that deliver on HR’s strategic priorities.
Draft effective, clear and engaging communications which are appropriate for the intended audiences, including key messages, internal articles, and Q&As.
Distribute, post and help manage content on internal channels, including the intranet and newsletters.
Research and provide recommendations on innovative and creative ways to tell stories and achieve communications objectives, leveraging different tactics including video and events.
Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Communications and communications partners across the business to drive alignment, connect the dots and leverage best practices.
Support team members on key projects that contribute to our communications objectives.
Establish and track KPIs and other success metrics for all projects.
Provide recommendations based on findings and learnings.
Requirements
An undergraduate degree with specialization in communications, public relations, marketing or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years of communications experience working in a corporate or similar environment
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships across diverse teams
Willingness and ability to learn new skills to support the team
Highly computer literate with strong command of MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
Experience with SharePoint Online and Staffbase is an asset
