About the role

  • Claims Account Manager optimizing supply chain performance in the insurance industry while ensuring supplier compliance. Analyzing data and implementing strategies to strengthen business relationships and exceed operational expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to proactively identify opportunities and address challenges within our supply chain. • Prepare rigorous analyses, compelling presentations, and engaging training sessions on performance to share with our suppliers and internal teams, motivating them to excel. • Propose and implement commercial strategies to optimize supply chain processes and maintain high performance levels among our suppliers. • Collaborate strategically with our internal operations teams to launch initiatives that improve operational outcomes and strengthen the competitiveness and overperformance of our national supply chain. • Ensure that our suppliers are firmly committed to complying with guidelines and their contractual obligations. • Actively participate in the implementation of solutions, including in emergency situations such as natural disasters. • Serve as an ambassador for suppliers by resolving technical issues and other challenges that may affect supply chain performance. • Practice open and honest communication to cultivate and maintain strategic business relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in supply chain management or claims management in real estate • Exceptional analytical skills to develop and review supplier performance reports, interpret results, and develop action plans when necessary • Project management skills and experience implementing national strategic initiatives are an asset • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation • Experience in strategic planning with the ability to drive business growth.
