About the role

  • Account Manager developing relationships with customers for Intact's software solutions. Engaging in business reviews, proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Xline Department.

Responsibilities

  • developing relationships with our growing customer base
  • conducting regular business reviews & customer meetings
  • providing detailed proposals for new requirements
  • introducing new products and services
  • assisting with complex helpdesk issues
  • working with other Xline personnel to deliver an optimum service to your account
  • holding annual service level reviews with assigned Customers
  • meeting performance targets including revenue, credit control, interactions etc.
  • ensuring internal record keeping and reporting systems are kept up to date
  • working with team members to develop and undertake marketing campaigns
  • maintaining positive relationships with existing Customers with a view to providing future case studies /reference visit

Requirements

  • Diploma or an Accounting Qualification or Sales / Marketing qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years commercial Sales/ Customer experience
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong & broad practical knowledge of Accounting Software
  • Full Clean Drivers Licence
