About the role

  • Customer Marketing Manager responsible for maximizing sales and marketing activities at iNova Health. Leading promotional strategies, budget management, and stakeholder collaborations in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Sales & Marketing Activity Plan (SMAP), align objectives and sales targets, and lead monthly cycle meetings to achieve full-year results.
  • Define and analyse account-level promotional strategies to drive volume, value, and GP; partner with KAMs for timely reviews and actionable learnings.
  • Oversee design, development, budgeting, and execution of POS materials, including product sampling and advertising assets.
  • Develop master planograms, roll out by account, and monitor SKU availability with KAMs to reduce out-of-stock levels.
  • Manage the Trade Marketing budget, deliver cost efficiencies, and collaborate with agencies to enhance POS effectiveness.
  • Align in-store messaging with ATL campaigns, driving shopper-first thinking to capture attention at point of purchase.
  • Organise brand activations, PR events, trade shows, and exhibitions to support marketing strategy and sales growth.
  • Build capability of beauty assistants, promoters, and merchandisers to improve stock availability, sales performance, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity (pricing, promotions, claims, GWPs), providing monthly market insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, regional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 8+ years’ experience in trade marketing management, ideally within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare; skincare/personal care background is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Modern Trade Channels with proven success in developing and implementing promotional strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Skilled in analyzing sales-out data (AC Nielsen, Egg Digital, C-Scan) and translating insights into action.
  • Experienced in managing multiple cross-functional teams and presenting effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in report writing, business correspondence, and procedure documentation.
  • Strong command of English and solid proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Attention to detail, logical and accurate working style, with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude, adaptable to change, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Demonstrates high personal and professional ethics, integrity, and commitment to supporting team members.
  • Flexible and agile thinker with the ability to meet deadlines and follow through on pending issues.
