Responsibilities
Oversee B2B marketplaces (Tiktok, Lazada & Shopee) to ensure store health, assortment accuracy, and campaign readiness
Monitor and manage pricing, promotions, and product visibility across platforms to achieve sales and share targets
Supervise and empower e-commerce enablers managing daily store operations, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals

Support the Ecommerce Channel Lead in executing business plans, category growth initiatives, and promotional calendars together with Brand Marketing stakeholder
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, campaign efficiency, and operational metrics across platforms
Identify insights and opportunities to improve conversion, profitability, and overall ecommerce effectiveness
Lead initiatives to streamline ecommerce processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing, preferably in an FMCG, retail, or digital agency environment or related category
Proven experience managing marketplace stores, e-retail partners, or ecommerce enablers
Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, sales analytics, and campaign execution
Proficiency in ecommerce analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g., platform dashboards, Excel, or Power BI)
Strong grasp of digital shelf management, assortment planning, and pricing strategy
Project management and campaign execution skills with keen attention to timelines and deliverables
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
