Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish daily social content (posts, Reels, Stories, videos, graphics)
Maintain the social media content calendar and ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaigns
Write clear, engaging captions tailored to each platform
Collaborate with Creative or external resources to produce assets when needed
Monitor comments, messages, and community conversations across all channels
Respond to questions, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain a strong brand voice
Identify opportunities to engage with customers, creators, partners, and relevant conversations
Schedule and publish content across platforms using scheduling tools (HubSpot)
Stay on top of platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends
Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content (UGC) sourcing
Track and analyze performance data across posts, campaigns, and platforms
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Test new content formats, posting times, and creative approaches to improve reach and engagement
Monitor competitive activity and surface new ideas that keep the brand relevant
Requirements
0–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (YouTube and WhatsApp a plus)
Hands-on experience creating content—especially short-form video
Excellent writing skills with an eye for visual detail and on-brand storytelling
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with analytics dashboards and social media performance metrics
Proactive, creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and thrives in collaborative environments
Experience working in DTC, healthcare, wellness, consumer products, or regulated industries (Nice to Have)
Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) (Nice to Have)
Experience working with influencers, creators, or UGC programs (Nice to Have)
Basic knowledge of paid social or boosting posts (Nice to Have)
