About the role

  • Customer Support Intern in a dynamic FinTech company providing solutions for German customers. Hands-on experience in operations with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary operational contact for our German customers, professionally handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our FinTech product across various use cases, markets, and customer needs.
  • Tackle complex situations with curiosity and a structured approach, identifying root causes, assessing potential risks, and escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance, Product, Risk, and other Operations teams to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Use our tools and systems hands-on and proactively contribute ideas to improve processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience
  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
  • Dutch language skills are a strong plus
  • Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
