Responsibilities
Serve as a primary operational contact for our German customers, professionally handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our FinTech product across various use cases, markets, and customer needs.
Tackle complex situations with curiosity and a structured approach, identifying root causes, assessing potential risks, and escalating when necessary.
Collaborate closely with Compliance, Product, Risk, and other Operations teams to resolve cases efficiently.
Use our tools and systems hands-on and proactively contribute ideas to improve processes.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience
Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
Dutch language skills are a strong plus
Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
Proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
