Identificar oportunidades de negocio en las diferentes verticales operativas.
Administrar el rendimiento, los presupuestos y los recursos del equipo para lograr un crecimiento rentable.
Mantener relaciones con clientes clave y liderar cierres estratégicos de alto impacto.
Guiar, acompañar y desarrollar al equipo de ejecutivos comerciales.
Supervisar el recaudo de cartera comercial a nivel nacional.
Requirements
Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Negocios o Logística.
Experiencia mínima de 4 años liderando equipos comerciales y gestionando cuentas estratégicas.
Experiencia sólida en ventas B2B y liderazgo comercial dentro de entornos dinámicos, preferentemente en sectores como tecnología, e-commerce, retail o logística.
Manejo avanzado de CRM (Salesforce será considerado un plus).
