About the role

  • Account Executive focusing on sales and client management at Grupo Harmony. Responsible for business development and managing client relationships in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Design effective strategies and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and business growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities with current and prospective clients to expand the business portfolio.
  • Research and approach new potential clients aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage the resources required for project development, ensuring proper execution.
  • Update internal systems and prepare detailed reports for monitoring and evaluation purposes.

Requirements

  • A degree or advanced studies in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
  • Knowledge of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets, as well as sales cycles for different inputs (key players, trends, etc.).
  • Results-oriented mindset, leadership skills, and autonomy in project management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
