About the role

  • Sales Engineer working at the heart of strategic deals for Ingrid's delivery platform. Owning complex opportunities from technical discovery to solution design in a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical side of complex, high-stakes deals from discovery to close
  • Deliver compelling demos and design scalable, real-world solutions
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to Sales and customer stakeholders
  • Help reduce implementation risk through strong solution design and clear scope
  • Contribute to how we sell at scale by creating playbooks and best practices
  • Help build and improve our sales engineering foundations by creating processes, improving internal systems, and contributing to clear, practical documentation as we scale.

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding (APIs, integrations, data flows)
  • Experience supporting complex or enterprise-level deals
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer conversations
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a collaborative mindset
