About the role

  • Associate Manager developing agribusiness product strategies and pipelines for LATAM and North America. Leading cross-functional teams to drive significant profit growth in agribusiness sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of agribusiness product and application strategies and pipelines for LATAM and US & Canada, driving significant profit growth over a 5-year horizon, acting as a subject matter expert in marketing and product management, and influencing cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
  • Develop agribusiness product strategy and application pipeline for LATAM and North America.
  • Identify and prospect high-growth customer segments, building and managing a robust business pipeline.
  • Lead product strategy engagements with key customers in the segment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in agribusiness marketing and product management, supporting regional growth strategies.
  • Shape compelling value propositions and product positioning strategies tailored to diverse customer needs.
  • Expand the new product development (NPD) pipeline, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful commercialization.
  • Monitor competitor landscape and translate insights into growth strategies.
  • Represent Ingredion externally with customers, industry forums, and strategic partners.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies using value-based methodologies.
  • Coordinate long- and short-term action plans, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management roles within agribusiness, animal nutrition, or related technical fields, with proven impact across multiple countries or regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong experience in project management, business pipeline development, and commercialization of technical products.
  • Deep technical knowledge in animal nutrition and agricultural products.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; advanced Spanish required.
