About the role

  • Pre-Sales Engineer focused on the French market handling solution design and onboarding. Collaborating across teams to ensure successful implementation for strategic customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the solution design and demo flows for strategic prospects in the French market.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, translating business needs into a clear technical and operational vision.
  • Design and demonstrate solutions leveraging Infraspeak’s full offering.
  • Support and own the early onboarding phase for new French customers.
  • Collaborate daily with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent French (excellent skills or near-native) and good Spanish or English communication skills.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, and Solutions Engineering with Onboarding / Implementation expertise.
  • Solid experience in international B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, APIs, integrations, relational databases, and web technologies.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, business-oriented language.
