About the role

  • Data Product Owner at Rox Partner handling data initiatives with product-focused squads. Engaging with stakeholders to enhance client experience through data solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Data Product Owner in analytics-oriented product squads, defining and prioritizing the backlog of data initiatives;
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, understanding needs and translating them into product solutions;
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data to drive results and improve the customer experience;
  • Define, prioritize, and evolve the backlog with a focus on impact and value generation;
  • Structure and communicate a clear product vision and data roadmap;
  • Lead and facilitate product discovery initiatives, validating hypotheses and reducing risks;
  • Participate actively in technical discussions, ensuring alignment between the solution and business objectives;
  • Oversee delivery progress and support the team in decision-making;
  • Promote a data-driven and product-oriented culture across the organization;
  • Monitor results and metrics to guide continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with digital products (PO, PM, or similar);
  • Experience with data-oriented products, analytics, or BI;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and basic data modeling;
  • Experience with SQL;
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker and Power BI;
  • Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap development;
  • Knowledge of process mapping (BPM);
  • Experience with agile management tools such as Jira;
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience structuring or evolving data products (data products);
  • Knowledge of discovery frameworks (CSD Matrix, Customer Journey, MoSCoW, RICE, etc.);
  • Experience in agile environments and multidisciplinary squads;
  • Certifications in digital product management (PSPO, PM3, Tera or similar);
  • Experience in retail companies or markets with high data volumes.
