Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care while coordinating the overall care plan for hospice patients and their families.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
- Minimum of two years of RN experience required.
- Previous hospice or home health experience is strongly preferred.
