Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand client relationships
  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions by translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Maintain Industry Expertise by staying current on trends in retail
  • Build Strategic Relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations
  • Champion Client Success by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing challenges
  • Support Innovation and Feedback by providing market feedback to internal teams
  • Advanced Analytic Skills in delivering fact-based analyses

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in building relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Proven insight experience within an FMCG manufacturer or retailer, or agency side
  • Experience with NIQ, Kantar or Circana data sets is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
