About the role

  • Product Manager shaping product vision and developing business cases in the aviation sector. Driving product discovery, stakeholder management, and data-driven decisions for impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • You develop a clear product vision, create robust business cases, and define a strategic roadmap.
  • You take responsibility for your product's revenue and costs, actively managing opportunities and risks.
  • You prioritize outcomes over output and ensure real business impact.
  • You conduct product discovery: understand customer needs, run experiments, and assess risks (value, viability, usability, feasibility).
  • You strengthen our discovery processes and contribute new ideas to continuously improve products.
  • You work closely with engineering and design within a cross-functional team and promote a culture of collaboration.
  • You keep an eye on the market, spot trends, and anticipate customer needs.
  • You handle stakeholder management and ensure all relevant interfaces are involved.
  • You make data-driven decisions and use market analyses for prioritization.
  • You hold direct conversations with customers to understand requirements and feedback firsthand.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • A hands-on mentality and the willingness to achieve real impact and actively drive change when exploring new approaches together as a team.
  • A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • The ability to discuss at a high, conceptual level and to answer questions and defend decisions.
  • Deep understanding of agile product development and modern discovery methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Business-fluent German and English (C1).
