Responsibilities
Project management: You will take responsibility for requirements engineering in the German Mission Network (GMN) service project, including planning, technical coordination and quality assurance.
Technical team leadership: You lead a cross-functional project team, manage work packages and support the professional development of your team members.
Stakeholder management: You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, in particular the Bundeswehr and project partners. Organizing and leading a workshop is no problem for you.
Requirements management: Together with stakeholders, you identify and define requirements for IT and non-IT systems in safety- and security-critical areas.
Monitoring project dimensions: You keep schedule, budget and quality in view and adjust project controls to achieve project objectives.
Process optimization: You advise customers on improving and digitizing requirements processes and tools.
Requirements
University degree (e.g. in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field) or equivalent vocational qualification
Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally on projects following CPM or PBN within or for the Bundeswehr
Knowledge of Requirements Engineering or Enterprise Architecture
Ideally experience with the German Mission Network, either as a user or within a project context
Preferably advanced certifications in project management
Confident use of modern project management tools and advanced MS Office skills, including JIRA
Knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL as well as traditional and agile project management frameworks
Convincing leadership presence with strong stakeholder skills
Quick comprehension, analytical skills and a systematic, structured way of working
Analytical ability, initiative, communication skills, organizational talent and assertiveness
Customer- and service-oriented mindset and behavior as well as project- and team-oriented working style
Fluent German and English, spoken and written
