Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise accounts in Quebec, but not limited too Quebec.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers
Develop and execute account plans to drive growth, retention, and customer success
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IAM solutions and services
Act as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning solutions to their security, compliance, and digital transformation goals
Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and technical requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, and marketing team
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline activity within CRM systems
Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in cybersecurity and identity
Requirements
8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management
Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts with multi-million dollar revenue responsibility (required)
Demonstrated experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong track record in strategic account planning, expansion, and customer retention
Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or SaaS is strongly preferred
Experience in Banking and Insurance is an asset, but not required
Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) — mandatory for supporting Quebec-based clients
