Responsibilities
Prendre en charge et gérer un portefeuille de comptes majeurs d'entreprise stratégiques au Québec (mais sans s’y limiter)
Bâtir et maintenir des relations solides et de confiance avec les parties prenantes de niveau exécutif et les principaux décideurs
Élaborer et exécuter des plans de compte pour stimuler la croissance, la rétention et le succès des clients
Identifier et poursuivre les opportunités de ventes incitatives et croisées pour l'ensemble des solutions et services IAM
Agir en tant que conseiller stratégique auprès des clients, en alignant nos solutions sur leurs objectifs de sécurité, de conformité et de transformation numérique
Piloter des cycles de vente complexes impliquant de multiples parties prenantes, unités d'affaires et exigences techniques
Requirements
8 ans et plus d'expérience en vente aux entreprises ou en gestion de comptes
Succès démontré dans la gestion et la croissance de comptes majeurs complexes avec des responsabilités de revenus de plusieurs millions de dollars (requis)
Excellents antécédents en planification stratégique de comptes, en expansion et en fidélisation de la clientèle
Expérience en gestion des identités et des accès (IAM), en cybersécurité ou dans le secteur SaaS (fortement privilégiée)
Excellentes capacités de négociation, de communication et de présentation devant des cadres de direction
