  • Individual Sales Representative responsible for Medicare sales acquisition and retention strategies. Staffing Medicare Information Centers and attending sales events to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales acquisition and retention strategies for Medicare
  • Identify, contact, and follow up with prospects in the Medicare market
  • Staff Independent Health Medicare Information Centers
  • Attend sales and enrollment events to meet sales goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associates degree preferred
  • License required to sell health insurance in New York
  • Three (3) years of sales experience required
  • Knowledge of managed care within the Medicare line of business preferred
  • Experience conducting presentations to groups of people
