About the role

  • Sales Representative handling lead generation for a digital agency. Building a successful career with uncapped income and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • You will begin in lead generation through digital and telephone outreach.
  • After you reach the first milestone, your commission and scope of responsibility will increase.
  • You will conduct initial conversations to pre-qualify prospects.
  • You will also begin onboarding your first employee.
  • The final milestone will further increase your commission and your responsibilities.
  • At this stage you will independently close new clients (closing).
  • You will lead and train a team.

  • Motivation and drive to give 100% in sales
  • You set ambitious goals and take them seriously
  • You are a communicative person and work well with others
  • Excellent German language skills
